I tried using my Nysc certificate number to fill in a form and have bin told my name does not exist and I finished last year but its referring me to 1970. Pls I need help |

I went for HVS culture test after seeing a Dr. And the result says culture yield moderate growth of candida albiran after 24hrs of incubation @ 37. Degree c. Puss cell - 2-3 hpt was discovered.
