Update....

For I and Hubby

Submitted March 2nd IW
Status- Administrative processing March 3rd
Status - Issued on March 7th

Weekend in between the days.

Last Visa B1/B2 was used for Child birth, I sent a change of intent email before travelling , i spent 3 months in the US and hubby spend 3 weeks , no other travel till visa expired, though I have had previous visas that were used for vacation though.

You can’t edit passport number. Just go with the two and explain to the guys

@Kween2014 got her visa via the IW route even though she gave birth in the US. We have other sisters here that have been temporarily refused but I believe they will clear them at the interview (should they provide requisite information and explanation).

You know your circumstances better than anyone else. Decide for yourself…but with the frequent cancellation and rescheduling of physical interview dates, IW is an opportunity if you get a date.

Hello everyone
Pls I need your input. Are people with the history of childbirth being refused through the IW route??
If yes , is it just better to go for a physical interview with all your documents especially if you are not pressed for time to be in the US, Instead of hustling for appointment for interview waiver.

Pls if it’s not been an issue for those in similar circumstances reach out so I can apply for the interview waiver and hustle for date before I no longer qualify.
