When did you submit your application? Plus was it in Lagos?

Submitted In Abuja on 5th of February, planed to travel by 10th April. Nothing on the visa up till now.

Mine is a tourist visa, and my proposed date of travel is 3rd of April,does it mean if the date of my travel passed I won’t be granted?

Any idea on the possible outcome of this scenario?
