AMINDA:Even his ardent sychophants knows that. One even go as far as goarding him to forget the masses and will need INEC and Judges to clinch the victory. |
Oludiary:Please mention a single crime he committed. |
Fake news. What Kadu did to serve honorary US citizenship besides insighting voilence that lead to loss of several ppls lives. In fact Kanu is very dangerious man ppl are safer when he is locked away. You cant compare Kanu to other Freedom fighters who adopted peaceful approach. Kanu chooses voilence putting lives at risk. |
There is serious neglect of fathers by the government. At least they deserve a subsidized fertilizer and other essential farming inputs. Here in the North the farmers are really counting losses. They get into more troubles by sending more of their harvest to South thinking to get better sell instead crashing the price even further in process. Because many are eyeing South to cover their losses. |
It seems there is a cover up. But Justice will prevail at the end. |
The criminal extorsion machine is already set in motion. |
Just like our ancestors , Hunger make us oblivious of importance of wild life conservation for the prosterity. |
Sermwell:Countless Church denomination and every person attend only one he belongs to and 100% of a time involves making a long trip. Besides many avoid churches just to escape paying teethes. The church monitizes worship and you known based on your pocket size. Many avoid churches untill after commiting littany of sin then embracing God in the name of being born again. At least in every Muslim neighborhood theirs mosque and you dont pay a penny. |
ADC is in dillema really. Tunibu is formibidable force that can only be fully squared by like of Atiku. But Nigeria deserves and need rather younger alternative like Peter Obi. Obi will never go for VP slot and Atiku won stepdown for anyone because time is running out for him. And the reality is they need to be in the same page to defeat Tunibu. If not Tunibu is going to be clinched the victory again. |
I dont want to say it here but if this guy has been a Muslim and living in a Muslim neighborhood he wont last three days before his absence is quickly noticed in the mosque by the fellow congruatees. This shows how we are rapidly adopting fierce western styled competition where everyone is trying to succeed so much so that everything has turned into rat race and can easily get forgotten even by family. We see how they put their parents into old peoples homes because they are too busy with their lives. |
We are being taking for a ride by different orgqnisations. I was always wondering for economoc growth forcast of a country that has held last cencus since 2006. We dont even know how many we are really. Number of pp based on age category. Number of ppl employed and unemployed. Number of ppl in active workforce. Actual number of Female and Males. Actual number of ppl with disability, No actiual daily birth rate or death rate, Number of ppl lacking access to certain vital government service. Number of ppl in rural and urban areas. All the basic accurate statistical data on Nigerian population are virtually missing. Without all this economic planning or accurate forcast wont be possible. We are just muddling along. We hear about growth in macro and micro economic indicators but there is no correspoding impact on the ground. There large chunk of rural population with enclosed economy and is not in the equation due lack of government presence or intervension. We just muddling along as a nation with no clear ecomomic focus or vision yet curiously and suspiciously growth is always recorded. |
Almajiri system is an old established institution you cant stop in the North. Its so deep rooted wont be stamped out overnight. |
I dont dislike Tunibu in person but his policies. I was always jumping at anything and every news about him and I wanted to stop. Just last night after Subh prayer I have a dream about Tunibu. We were in secondary school as student and he is the Principal of the school. It was Friday during break and there is habit by students of not returning to classes after morning break each Friday. We were sitting in the same class with the Principal and to my dismay he called my name and I was shocked he know me and my name. He was telling me to warn some girls I have just passed outside class to return to classes after the break. Me myself have no plan of returning to class after break but his easy going manner made me decide to return to class. In the dream I know he is the President but acted as Principal with residence just outside the school yard. I woke just to this this headline in Nairaland then start typing this in the comments. |
Remind of old Hausa saying: It takes a crowd to kill a black mamba. |
This Old man must be lair. He should have mention exact locations and time not just date. I am from the North and am not in support of Almajiri system. But I swear this old man was not telling the truth. We know the ppl who went being Almajiri and graduated are the most productive in the society. They made up the largest percentage of the local merchant, farmers and Islamic clerics. The system is not bad in itself just misunderstood by S.outherners. The South produces the most educated people in the country I mean western education but they literally produces the most bad and evil ppl in the whole of Africa. The educated are using their knowledge and skills to defraud ppl around the whole giving the country a bad name. The Yahoo boys, Yahoo plus, the drug traffickers, the ppl in cult, prostitution, bastardry ie number of ppl born out of wedlock, endamic alcoholism and so on. In fact in the South human life has less value so much so that you can get lynched and burn with tire by merely stealing a loaf of bread. Moreover, 99 percent of ppl engaging in banditry are bush fulani. And you rarely see fulani boy as Almajiri because they are busy tending to their livestock education doesnt matter to them as long as they have herd of cattle. This old man is just trying to be sensetional nothing more. |
MartinCorridon:Believe me with this level of hardship, insecurity, resentment, lack of transparency and accountablity, propensity toward one party state, duviousness, self-righteousness, callousness and divisiveness and high level of tension. There is snowball chance in the hell for Tunibu to win 2027 presidential election. The only one is by rigging. And dont forget wealth or power acquired cruelly and illegimitely will never last. |
MartinCorridon:There is a saying that when you are having a smooth ride be sure to check well are you really not going down. |
Humans have all year round sexual readiness matching their sexual instict with that of animals. It takes will of iron to poseses selfcontrol on sexual urges outside wedlock. |
mascot87:Sorry Sir. |
Tareq1105:Thank you for the good advice. I got carried. Now a learn this is how ppl with bad intention spread rumour to change narrative in their favour. |
helinues:At the end of the day the money doesnt matter. This is what happens when you have ppl with zero integrity in position of power. Whatever the case may be Nigerians arent happy about it. Subsidy removal and the money saved, reckless borrowing and now evil taxes. This is how Tunibu is spending it with no accountablity and transparancy. Their is day of reckoning. |
There is rumour going on that a sitting governor gets 250b Naira for defecfecting to APC while a Federal legislator will get 50b Naira rewards. If its true, is it not dangerious trend for our democracy. |
Even here in Nairaland Tunibu is loosing. |
![]() Salewa97:We live in a village away from hustle and bustle of urban areas. Irking out life from our forefatherslands, living peacefully in our communities. We have cattle, sheeps, goats and chicken. Our rural economy is enclosed and self sustaining. Despite all this there is no government presence whatsoever. No dispensaries let alone hospital. No any kind of school for children. No government provided water supply. No road linking our villages to any urban areas. No electricty no police no nothing from the government except polling units. Just communities living their lives wothout government intervention. Until now our peaceful life is disrupted by insecurity. This is the reality for millions of Nigeria. |
The saddest thing about this Atikus new year message is everything he said about Tunibus government is gospel truth. But there is always light at the end of the tunnel. History will never forget . We urge our political leaders to always put at the forefront of their minds that nothing last forever and money or power acquired in a illegitimate and cruel manner will never last. God is with the Nigerian ppl. |
Another political witchhunt. EFCC has been weak institution for long serving as tool for politicians to undermine their opponents. |
We pray that you have not arrested innocent ppl on hunting trip or enroute for cirani like it happens all the time. Communication barrier most a time compound their situations. |
Tunibu himself admited it. Their allocations tripled. |
This redcaps even if Kwankwaso go enter hell they go follow am. |
Nigerians never thought you know about the insults after provoking their ire all this while riding a shift shod all over them. Wike has been taking the bullets for Tunibu and shoulnt be dump just like that. That is all it is about. |
