The North west has been silently suffering in the hands of this savages for years. The bandits are growing bolder day by day due government failure to protect lives and property. Now it has spread to kwara state. Thank God this people wont be silent like North west. We pray this ongoing crime against innocent citizens will get the necessary media attention and coverage for the rest of the to know what is happening here.

Making deals with bandits is clearly a futile attempt at restoring peace. Nevertheless people are embracing it because they at least need to have a breather because no one can protect them and they can't protect themselves. They have no choice. What traumatized me the most from what I saw online was pictures of group of naked women with their children murdered in cold blood with their hands tide behind their back. Visibly their organs havested. I believe the pictures must came somewhere in the North Central Nigeria.

Banditry was left to thrive during administration of Buhari. Instead of nibbing it from the bud Buhari government fail to even acknowledge the existance of banditry. We remember him as very weak leader that he cant even secure his own state. Many ppl here maitained that they cant forgive him for failing them even after his death. The North believed Tunibu can deliver because he is more educated instead he is more interested in making more money for the government than making life easy for the people. I can tell youTunibu did better job than Buhari on insecurity in the North West the problem is he could have done more. But Buhari almost crush Boko haram in the North west but recenty insecurty is making a comeback there.

It seems you take ADC out of the equation. It is new party but hugely popular in the North due to Tunibus failure to remedy hardship his policies causes them. Worst part is pervasive insecurty engulfing the North. If you could remember the only sin Goodluck Jonathan committed against the North is failure to effectively fight Boko haram that cost him his seat as president. That time the insecurity is restricted to North East and now banditry which is even worse than Boko haram is now bedeliving the Northwest. And the Ppl has the believe that the government has abandon them. I am from North and I can tell you the ppl up here literally resent Tunibu. People are angry and in despair due to hardship and insecurity and government is not doing it primary duty of protecting lives and property . I dont think any sane Northerner will que and vote Tunibu again. People here doesnt care about who will challange Tunibu. The goal is to topple him period.
And on the politics side there is massive awareness campaign regarding Tunibu lopsided appointments, white elephants projects like Lagos calabar express way, his lack of plan for the North even before election and so on.

This is not good for Tunibu. I swear to God Tunibu wont win in the North if election is held today. His votes will come from the south, and unfortunately the votes will be divided between him and whoever emerges presidentential candidate in PDP.
