I was just correcting a statement you made earlier. You tried to compare the economies of South Korea and Nigeria. Those two countries are not in the same league.

This is not a correct comparison.You should not be comparing a developed country like South Korea to a developing third world country like Nigeria. The GDP of South Korea is bigger than the combined GDPs of both Nigeria and South Africa.

Perspective of this issue from a Kenyan..

Some background,Somalis are a homogeneous ethnic group with one language and one religion,but they are divide into various clans.

The population of somalis in Somalia is about 12 million.There are also about 2.7 million Kenyan Somalis in Kenya and about 8 million Ethiopian Somalis living in Ethiopia. This numbers in Kenya and Ethiopia does not include the Somali citizens living in these two countries on refugees status. The small country called Djibouti also has a sizable population of ethnic Somalis,about half a million in number.

In addition to the above numbers Somalis also have a sizable diaspora population. These are the immigrants who fled somalia after the start of the civil war in the 1990s.These immigrants were granted asylum and citizenship in various countries in the West. Their significant and most vocal immigrant populations are in the UK and the US. They also have small immigrant communities in places like Tanzania,Uganda ,S.Africa,Yemen etc.

The Somalis are divided into various clans and these clans often are in conflict and competition with each other,both in terms of economic resources and political power.This is the main reason why Somalia has been in civil war since 1991.

Back to your issue on somalis hatred for other Africans. Somalis in general are not racist towards other africans,at least not the blatant on your face racist. However some of them believe that they are closer to Arabs than other sub saharans because of their cushitic heritage.

However,there is a growing number of blatantly racist Somali trolls on social media, especially on Twitter. These Somali twitter trolls are mainly young Somali youths living in the UK, majority from London.The Somali immigrant community has had a hard time fully integrating into the society in the UK. They are always having beefs with other blacks living in the UK, especially Jamaicans and Nigerians. The recent very hot twitter beef started when a Somali girl from London got knocked up by some Jamaican guy

kenya has other cities like Mombasa,Kisumu,Nakuru,Eldoret etc but most of Kenyas skyscrapers are in the capital city. Nairobi alone has more Skyscrapers than the entire West Africa combined.

So the two tanzanians on this thread have gone into hiding because they lost a football game to Kenya?? I know all tanzanians generally have a serious inferiority complex with anything relating to Kenya but I am surprised at how seriously they take this rivalry with Kenya.

Many people in Nairobi actually think that this rolls belongs to Wanjigi but contrary to popular belief the car actually belongs to another Nairobi tycoon called Juma Maulidi. Not many people know of this Juma guy but he is as rich as they come.

I always laugh when I hear deluded Nigerian youths here beating their chest talking about how they are going to other African countries to dominate them.The reality on the ground is something they would not like to accept.What would make someone move to another country to live a life of squalor and poverty?

This is how majority of migrant Nigerian youths are living in others African countries especially in Kenya. Is this what you Nigerians call dominating ? coming to other countries to live like poor,hungry and homeless people
