It seems that every student lives in the hostel, off campus not allowed at the moment. And also no cooking at the hostel.

OP, you have tried at least to raise an alarm. The rest people who are complaining should go and report to the nearest police station and watch out if they wouldn't be bailed with 10,000 naira and the car end up in the police station without reaching the owner. After some years, would be sold auction and the same people buys it. Hahahha. NAIJA police.
