Good day, its very bad for this country when everything seems going wrong. i ve said many times that everyone is just concern about him/herself. see the set of tommorow leaders full of so many vices at this level. Well, whether we believe or not. Those collecting letters re all back doors. Ask that Galadee or Lilodez, i know they will not tell the truth but instead of continue to pray for others to get there letters they re either calling for orientation or killing people's morale. If u still believe God u must be very strong at heart and have faith in God cos these set of people here re just destiny killers. Lets just put our trust in the lord, ALMIHTY has said it all, the second batch is due soonest and we will all resume together in jesus name. Pls lets keep this thread on until the end. There still rooms 4 everyone at the top. Forget about what those that went to Abuja is saying, God is still there and he is above everyone. we will all tell the story in Jesus name.

Hi, i think the house is getting serious now. i just quit when some have turned the thread to something else but i have not been at peace with myself all these while. i want to let us know that the recruitment is still very much on and those that collected their letters re in one way or the other connected to either senators or minister. This is imperative cos the senators re the brain behind the new NSITF we re experiencing now. One of the top managements disclosed that soon the main list will be out and probably everyone will resume together. U know Nigerian politics, even the minister has to give in cos they re even above ministers in the food chain. I have to put my mind at rest cos i know soon i will be called. Pls lets stop attacking one another cos i believe some of us will be called soon. The maturity on this thread need to improve for easy flow of information and if i see any form of attack again, i ll just keep to myself. Head hr even confirmed that the main list is still intact and that when the adequate fund is available we will be called, im telling u the main fact as of last week. God be with us, let keep the hope its worth waiting for.

Its a big shame on this country that these so called graduates can turn nuisance like am seen. I checked myself if am in the midst of right people and i realised it is a big mistake to thread this part. Where re the league of right people with great forsight in the first place. To be sincere,the anger of men is same as that of God at times. Before i retire i want everyone to remember the law of Kama,whatever you sow you reap. I want to state that no one has gotten any call or message. When the time comes we will all know but it will be too bad for some at the end. If you have someone there you wl know,forget about the building,Nsitf is a good place wt excellent packages. Their package is greater than or equal to that of FIRS. Hello everyone, i have gone spiritual all these days but read posts always. Pls we dont need to dispute or nail anyone for posting whatever such person desire. Lets try to pick facts from it. Someone said nsitf wl recruit up to 2000, which after i confirm from HR happened to be true. Lets relax, what wl be wl be. There is tension,i know,we all feel it but God is in control. Sooner we shall hear good news.

I told you last week that the list is still on management table. What they re doing now is their training reports. I suggested that we have three days fasting and prayer. That is the only solution now. Pray as if you have no help and work as if you have no God. We need to be sincere with ourselves.

In fact, i dont know what this country is turning to. If the federal govt cannot release enough fund 4 ECA take off, its a big shame on this country. The list sent by recruitment affairs is just above 1000 and what i saw on the interview day is over 1700. What we need is serious prayer cos nobody knows the criterial for selection. we need to be patient at this level. I think the first 500 is the first batch. If you divide it by 40 i.e (38 branches,new lagos corporate office and abuja head office), the average is still 12.5. This is too small, compare to the work at hand. Lets just assume the number of graduates that wl be posted to head office and corporate offices and the numbers that wl remain 4 state. The buildings are not just there for shows. My source just laugh when i told him about 500 in our former posts. He told me that the new task ahead of Nsitf is even much compare to what they ve done with pension scheme. Is it 13 people that wl be distributed to each branch with about 16 departments. I think some people re bent on destroying this trend. To my understanding,we re here to build morale so that we can be more stronger and relaxed. Any information kept wl not do good to this forum. I learnt that about 5 corporate offices re still coming with the one at lagos. Im sure that if anybody is shortlisted by recruitment affairs,you re in already. Hr teams went on training abroad to empower new intakes on social security. The fulfilment of our destiny is nearer than expected. Its well.

@ganethy, im 100% sure of my info. I wl never mislead this forum. The HEAD HR is out of the country,but the issue of federal character commission is what im not sure of. What we need to do at this level is to divert our attention to something else cos some have passed this road before. Even those with NNPC have been on it for the past two years and they never lose hope. Think about the number of people to be recruited and the packages attached. No one wl start the foundation without proper planning. Let me tell you this,there wl be disappointment no matter how. So lets get prepared and face the reality. But im sure, there wl be light at the end of the tunnel.

She wl resume before the month runs out. I learnt today that she must sign officially before the letters wl be rolling out. The journey is almost end. Lets pray fervently at this stage. Pls lets not confuse this forum. Is it possible that some re called and nobody could testify till now? For your information, nsitf has 4 subsidiaries; profund security ltd, profund property ltd, trustfund pension plc and Abuja towers. Google search and see that two of the above mentioned subsidiaries also have their own subsidiaries. The tentacle of nsitf is too big. A very good place to work. Trustfund pension plc is the most capitalised pension fund in the country now with over 5 million members and over 40 thousand employers. With mouth watering packages attach to nsitf work,Will they be fool to engage another pension fund when they re even registring private school staffs in their pension fund. Lets reason now. So think about it if nsitf could now go beyond and take in ARM pension to register its staffs when they re also operating TRUSTFUND pension plc. Lets relax, things wl work out well. I dont want to add anything more but im sure this month or next something wl happen.
