JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
EXPERIENCE: 1 -2 YEARS (WILLINGNESS TO LEARN)
QUALIFICATION: SSCE
DUTIES:
1 Support in the Administrative function to achieve departmental objectives.
2 Ensure the smooth running of the organization; carry out clerical duties such as filing, printing, copying, collation and distribution.
3 Swiftly and accurately writing and preparation of customer requisition.
4 Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages, while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality.
5 Maintain inventory records and keep track office supplies
6 Ensure general organisation and general tidiness of the organisation.
7 Ensure the proper filing of pertinent documents.
8 Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
9 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Candidate Must possess a minimum of SSCE
2. Ability to write fast with Excellent Handwriting
3. Willingness to Learn
4. Ability to communicate effectively
5. Ability to work with little or no supervision
6. Must possess strong analytical skill
7. Strong administrative and organizational skill
8. Excellent interpersonal skill
9. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Accounting Software Packages is an advantage.

JOB TITLE: TRUCK DRIVERS AND BUS DRIVERS
LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS
QUALIFICATION: SSCE, OND, NCE
DUTIES:
1. Adequate knowledge of various road network, routes and region in the country.
2. Ensure that all required procedures and law regarding traffic rules and regulation are adhered to while driving.
3. Ensure that truck and Vehicle are roadworthy and in perfect conditions before any journey.
4. Ensure safely deliveries and transportation of goods to their respective location or destination.
5. Ensure daily vehicle/truck check, maintenance and arrangement of repairs when necessary.
6. Maintain strict confidentiality of information during transport assignment for safety.
7. Perform other related task as assigned.
8. Report to Head of Operations.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Must possess a valid driving Licence.
2. Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience in driving for a reputable organisation.
3. Good Road Network and knowledge.
4. Must Possess a Minimum of SSCE/OND/NCE.
5. Must possess excellent track or performance records in driving and automobile management.
6. Must be committed, punctual and timely.
7. Must be neat and Tidy.
8. Must be Hardworking, Reliable and Trustworthy.
9. Must be able to communicate effectively.
