All your pictures are showing the tall buildings in the central business districts of the mentioned cities. Do you think 'developed' or 'infrastructure' means tall buildings?

I know Lagos is probably the most developed city in Nigeria by landscaping and second to Abuja infrastructure but going outside of Nigeria, Lagos and Abuja may not be able to compete with their contemporaries infrastructural wise.
This post is not to meant to undermine Nigeria but for us to see that we have a long way to go as a nation.
When I mean infrastructure, I refer to transport system, aesthetics, public water, organization and quality of life.

You are wrong. My uncle is a former senator in Nigeria. I live with him, in National Assembly Quarters, Abuja. He or his children and many of our neighbours have visited many of those African cities. I have asked many of them about the position of Abuja in Africa, and have been told that no African city is ahead of Abuja.
Although, some of those cities are better than Abuja in some ways, such as stable electricity, cleanliness etc, their overall infrastructure is not better than Abuja.
You think Abuja is not developed, because there are no tall buildings. Abuja was designed as a political city. So, there is no need for tall buildings. Secondly, you see pictures of the CBDs in those cities, and think the entire city look like the city centre
I'm a busy person, but I'm willing to prove you wrong, with more evidence.

Your quarterly bonus payment could be within the range of 300k-400k. There is no fixed amount.
I used to work in the same street with NCS Headquarters, Abuja.

(3). Degree monthly salary: around 82k-86k.
(4). Monthly bonus: 100k above; for every Customs officer.

Invariably, you will earn more than entry level staff in most government agencies.
