I served in Kebbi state in 2009/2010 in far away kebbi state. Although I had the opportunity to serve in Abuja but I rejected such offer. My family had someone who could help but I stubbornly rejected because I wanted any where aside Abuja At that time.

During my service year,my brother used to send me some cash to augment what I was being paid then and that helped me along the way. Altogether,It made me to save a lot and coupled with the fact that the state was paying us #2,500 as at then and the school also was giving us alot of food stuffs that we shared among staff then.

So,after we passed out,in 2010,I started hunting for job and after about two years,I secured one and it was banking job then.

NYSC MOBILIZATION PROCESS


As National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) mobilization process is about to commence for 'A' Stream II 2023 programme draws near.

We understand that many Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) do not know how the NYSC mobilization is done. So, we created this post to inform them.

Below is the process of NYSC mobilization exercise:

1. Clearance in school: NYSC mobilization starts right from this point. Graduates are expected to complete their final clearance in their respective institutions.

2. Get your statement of results: After completing your final clearance, next is to get your statement of results. Statement of results will be needed for registration in NYSC Orientation Camp.

3. Verify your name on JAMB Matriculation list: It’s important to verify your name on the JAMB matriculation list. If your name is not on this list, you will not be able to register for NYSC.

4. Verify your name on the Senate list: Your institution will upload names of those who are eligible to serve on the NYSC portal. After they have uploaded the list, proceed to verify your name.

5. NYSC online registration: Only those whose names are on the NYSC Senate list will be eligible to register for NYSC.

6. Sign up for NYSC: While waiting for your statement of result to be ready, you can proceed to register for NYSC at a Cyber cafe nearest to you. Do well to always cross check/verify all information inputted into the system.

7. Print NYSC your green card: After a successful online registration, next is to print NYSC green card. The green card is an online registration slip that shows personal data ranging from your names, callup no. Graduation date etc

N.B: you might not be able to print your green card immediately, it might take some time

8. Print NYSC Call up letter: After NYSC online registration ends, next is to wait for NYSC call up letter to be out. This letter will show you the state NYSC deployed you, date to report and other vital information.

9. Get the required documents: Make sure all your documents are ready, because you need them in NYSC Orientation Camp for registration. (we will talk more on that later)

10. NYSC orientation camp: Welcome to NYSC camp!!!

Login to your jamb profile, pay for jamb original result and also pay for jamb admission letter. After payment you can go back and check.

You'll miss the first clearance and you won't be paid alaweee for that month. It's advisable to report to your PPA and do clearance for that month while waiting for your relocation.
But if you can't make it, just forget the October alaweee and hopefully the relocation works before this month ends,if it doesn't just pack your load and report.

Hello all,

I have an issue and would want your help.
So, when registering for UTME in 2017, out of ignorance, I created the profile with a middle name, while all my documents has two names(no middle name.
But before I was offered admission, I did the correction and sent the indemnity forms to my state's JAMB office as is expected when the applicant is yet to be admitted.

Seven years after, the change still has not effected.
I visited my school's students' affairs officer, he asked me if the name on fslc, waec, and NIN are just two, I said yes. He then asked me to take those documents to jamb office.
I went to JAMB office, I was told that I would be notified through e-mail from Abuja about the change. I told them that since 2017, I have not received any response from them.

I still have a copy of the indemnity o filled and submitted in 2017

Please, I am worried. I just finished my final exams, by God's grace and have been worried my seven years in school would be a waste, because I can't serve.

I don't know anyone in Abuja to help me, I am worried please.

Hello i'm a batch B stream 2 corp member
I did relocation while in camp, but on the last day of camp i didn't see my relocation, that same day which was the day we left camp, i paid someone else to run the relocation for me since the first person i did it with did not work. The person has assured me that the relocation will work i shouldn't bother reporting to my ppa, but i'm scared cus up till now i haven't seen my relocation and 2 weeks break will soon elapse to report. I want to ask if there's still hope that i can see my relocation from now till next week?

Please I need all the help I can get. I was posted to Akwa Ibom Batch C 2023 and I couldn't go back because of health issues, so I missed 3 months of clearance and was locked out of my portal.

I contacted my LGI and he said I have to remobilize after my batch passes out and i even went to state secreteriate and they were of no help. In all honesty I don't want to repeat this service. I just need the certificate because I'm not even still that strong for all the stress of service year. Is it possible to get the certificate even even after all this? Like the real certificate and not the fake one

I will appreciate any help I can get

Just wait for batch C remobilization, there is nothing you can do.
