To me this is more of noise making. He knows what to do. He should sponsor am executive bill to tinker with that section and empower inec to conduct same and also grant financial autonomy to the LGAs. Making noise won't solve the problem at all. He should also rally the houses of assembly nation wide for its acceptance, so that the state governors won't buy members of the state assembly and kill the bill when it gets to the state.
