I know Jigawa state has water supply as a major problem. It would have been better if the land was purchased around hadeija in Jigawa state because of the proximity and access to River hadeija as a source of irrigation.

Nothing special, simply feed them, don't overcrowd them, give them appropriate medication and vaccination to prevent any ailments that may prevent them from feeding properly... and you will achieve the proper weight target

Ok. Which area in ibadan are you thinking of? Please note that prices of land in ibadan are very different. Depending on how remote the location is, you can get an acre from N150,000 upwards.
