Nothing concerns nysc with your senate
they only work on the names they are given because they believe your dsa has already gone through all necessary procedures before shortlisting
I know a couple of guys who were mobilized from my school without any senate stuff
It was on a man know man levels because they were obviously going to graduate anyways
the only problem was just the senate and the timing

WinnieDPooh: We are still saying the same thing. If we are mobilised now for example, a list will be pasted for us to cross check if our data is correct at DSA notice board. Before it will be finally sent to NYSC. The second list that will later be pasted will contain all the names and call -up numbers. If for example mr A's name was spelt wrongly in the first list and he complains, the second list will contain his name spelt correctly and his call up number. I hope i'm understood now. That is how it is done in OAU.

Toyde: mobilisation list id different frm graduatin list, grad list is always released by individual dept while mobilisatn list will be pasted by DSA around sept ending, d mobilisatn list will contain all info of mobilised studnt as well as dia call-up no.

u are very much right bro. I compared what u just said with NYSC time-table. Buh what winnieDpooh is trying to say here is dat DSA will paste a list for prospective corp members to check b4 its sent to NYSC for the 1st time and later it wud b return by NYSC for correction during sept ending as u rightly stated and it wil b pasted again by DSA for correction d second time. So I tink both of u are right.

Toyde: d DSA compiled list must be accompanied by d senate approved list, if not, it won't be treated by NYSC.

WinnieDPooh: Not graduating list. A mobilisation list is normally pasted at DSA twice for people to confirm errors in either name, matric no, state of origin, date of birth etc before it is finally sent to NYSC hq. I checked a friends own last year.

Hi OAU folks. I just got an info frm a frnd dat names were sent to DSA for processing and will send it to NYSC HQ immediately dey are approved by senate. So all we got to do is pray dat senate approves d results fast b4 next week friday deadline.

omotea baba, I hail o and all oda IFE folks in da house. Dnt mind me, I jus want to b on a low key. Have been very strong all dis days. Besides, I received a call last saturday frm an official in DSA, he called to ask me my state of origin which I told him. But he didn't tell me wat he needed it for, so I had to call him back to ask, he told me its for NOV mobilization. I even asked him if nov is feasible, but he said he doesn't kno and not sure buh I shud pray hard. I can forward his number to u to call him. Dou am still trying to track more info on it. Will let u guys kno in earliest. ONE LOVE.
