ColdHunter: There's something genuinely wrong with nairaland. It's deeply frustrating.
A question was posted to married women and yet, we have men and unmarried people responding. Is it a lack of comprehension or just an expression of foolishness?
We also have some, who are trying to be funny with their stale jokes.
Sometimes, it's tiring reading this site. How is that the fault of Nairaland? This same thing happens on popular social media like Twitter. |

FreeStuffsNG: Nope. The woman is the prize
If you are a Grade A male and see a Grade A woman, you will know that she is the prize.
Especially in her case, she earned it and deserves to get the man of her dreams.
A Weak man,a loser, especially a weak man raised to disrespect women and modelled by weak, poor fatherly role models, can never meet or identify Grade A woman even if they meet one.
Here is wishing her the best. There are loads of very successful musical artists that are in loving and godly marriages.
Tems will get her own man and both of them will live happily ever after. Women are the prize but seems like no one likes the prize DJ Cuppy is made from |

Kobojunkie: A helpmate as defined by whom or what? The marriage contract that is signed by the man and woman in question? Or the religious delusions that you specifically operate under? 🥱🥱
2. Marriage as partnership only applies if and only if the couple in question chose to enter into the agreement that is marriage as partners and not as master-slaves, the default traditional option in much of Nigeria. 🥱🥱
3. The woman in question did pull her weight. She had two kids, keeps the home and even tried her hands at business for a while. What exactly are you dead set on blaming on this woman? 🥱🥱 This kobojunkie girl is after my mental health. Can @seun give us a twitter-style mute or block feature. |

Dennisochampa: One enemy of Nigeria Don begin dey ask how much was the rate before the current administration took over... One reason the corrupt leaders in Nigeria will always take advantage of an average Nigerian is because they know that most Nigerians don't take their time to reason before making conclusions about certain things... casualobserver: if you dont know the background story, you wont understand the joke
when Otedola was a young man he was already succesful and felt he was very comfortable just living off the bank interest of his deposits in the bank which at the time was 35% pa. Then one day his daughter's school teachers asked the pupils in the class what their parents did and his daughter said "my dad sleeps".....obviously when she goes to school every morning her father is still sleeping. When he heard this it caused him to rethink his life and that is what spurred him to become what he has become today. How do you know this? |

Samantha125: Okay, but I'd suggest that you try another African country, because we already know how you guys have a tendency of resorting to degrading and defaming SA together with black South Africans whenever things don't work out for you here.
Even if I wanted to help you, I wouldn't do it because I don't trust you... I'm sorry, but I wish you all the best. I hear you, Samantha. I can only imagine the psychological pain that your past experiences with some of my kinsmen may have caused. I’m not in a position to judge you for the prejudice that comes from that. It’s your reality, and I respect it. Thank you for being open about how you feel, and I sincerely wish you peace. |

Samantha125: I don't exchange personal details with nairalanders... But you can try other South Africans on this forum.
Why explore business opportunities in a xenophobic country?🤔🤔🤔 Thanks for your honesty, Samantha. It’s unfortunate that our first interaction happened here on this forum, but please don’t take out any frustration you may have with Nairalanders on me personally. I genuinely reached out in good faith. My intention is to learn, connect respectfully, and see how business can be done in a way that benefits everyone. If you’d ever be open to continuing this by email, I’d truly value your perspective. I can initiate the email and you don't need to drop your email address here. |

Samantha125: For me, it has to be the transformer one... It's like the transformer from our section back home is attracted to lightnings, almost every year it gets struck by lightning during heavy rainfalls and we'd have to go for a day or at least two days without electricity.
The most painful part of it all is seeing other sections with electricity having their lights on during the night while you're in darkness... Few years back, the whole section suffered a power surge due to a lightning strike and many household electric appliances in our area got damaged... People's phones, laptops, desktops, and TVs, including our family TV and etc got damaged.
But we kept consoling each other by reminding ourselves how we suffered the same loss... Hi, Samantha. I’m exploring business opportunities in South Africa and would really value your insights. Would it be okay if I connected with you over email to seek your counsel? |
