How Did You Celebrate Worker's Day? (1st May, 2005)

Worker's Day in Nigeria (known as 'May Day' elsewhere).  Boomie O says it is is "a holiday for workers, during which workers and labor union members perform a rally and listen to the labor address"

I had no idea there was a holiday on Monday, so I did not celebrate or mark in any special way (the normal thing is to post a new discussion titled "Happy Workers Day")  I just woke up that day and continued with my work.

What about you?  How did you celebrate Workers Day?  Do tell, so the rest of us can celebrate Worker's Day better next year(2006)!

I almost went to work that day because power supply had not been stable. I actually used the opportunity to do my hair and see a few friends. Not a full fledged worker yet, but on such days i just feel one should relax at home and enjoy oneself or just see a few friends around.

I didn't go 2 work actually,but i had a funfilled day chillin wit friends at d silvabird galleria.
