WILL ABIA SURVIVE THIS MAN?

Out of the over N30bn he spent last year on running his office, he claimed N574.64m for international travels that returned ZERO VALUE to Abians.

Recall that he spent N26bn last year on the entire Abia workforce while he spent over N30bn in running his office.

He went to Hungary and Rwanda last year, and claimed N575m.... what a great saviour! This was more than the N300m he paid Abia Poly workers which was highly publicised.

He has already embarked on a few of these futile visits in 2024, and is about to do more now.

This ill-fated visit appears like smart way to claim more hundreds of millions of Naira of public funds for himself.

This is a guy that has created NO SINGLE JOB and has completed no LANDMARK PROJECT since he came to power 16 months ago, when Abia has earned over N400bn.

Pray for Abia..

By the time he is finished with Abia, ha ga-ekweta!

Shut up, APCshit jobber.

Tell us, for what purpose did your lord and Savior acquire $200 million intercontinental airliner?. Please, also tell us how much he has squandered in running an illegal office of the first lady for his wife.

Do I need to remind you and your co-travellers here that the collosal failure for whom you have become a mouthpiece has achieved nothing but retardation for this country since he stole the election he did not win.

Abịa state government is not your problem, Ahmed Tinubu is, but the peanuts you receive of course further clouds your retarded reasoning capacity.

Alex Otti is the only Governor since the creation of Abịa State who has given Abia State citizens a reason to believe again. To believe that Abịa state can have a functional government which is not beholden to thieves and buccaneers.

Again, tell us how much of our money in billion of dollars your election thief has both stolen and wasted so far.

This movement is not the same as Biafra movement that led to civil war, Nigerians are mainly demanding for a reversal in policies that led to terrible economic situation they are going through…. I don’t think majority of Nigerians are against Igbo people secession agenda…. It is mainly the political elites who are in the corridors of power that are against any referendum in southeastern states because they know that letting the igbos leave Nigeria will make other tribes to demand for a referendum as well…. There is so much injustice in Nigeria, these politicians thrive on maintaining the status quo by spreading tribal propaganda that keeps the people divided while they plunder the nation’s wealth…..

Not true!

First, there was no Biafra movement that led to the civil war. The Igbo and their Ibibio, Annang, etc. brothers fought a war that was forced on them by the Fulani-controlled Gowon military government to save their lives from the ongoing pogrom that brought back trainloads of their people's corpses from the North.

The Igbos have repeatedly announced their intention to leave this evil contraption. In fact, they were laughed at and ridiculed with unprintable epithets by the same people who are protesting today.

The Igbo have rightly decided to stay away from the current protest for the very reason that they do not want to be scapegoated again by those who have found collective cohesion in their hatred of their neighbors and compatriots.

Would it not be more profitable for other ethnic groups to visibly demand and support Igbo exit, if they truly support it, and intend to follow suit?

The rulers represent a tiny fraction of our population, and are therefore defeatable. The truth is that other Nigerian ethnic groups are still unsure if they want or if they possess the capacity to do well in their own country.

The Igbo are not trapped in this self-doubt and have fought a war to prove it.

As Nigerians mobilize for another nationwide protest over Tinubu’s failure to meet their demands, I will urge Nigerians desirous of exercising their constitutional rights not to be afraid to troop out in mass and agitate for changes that will benefit them in the long run as this government of propaganda has nothing to offer them…. It is important for Nigerians to note that this government is undemocratic and it’s hopelessly insensitive to their plight, I will repeat once again that this government will not and cannot implement the reforms that Nigerians are agitating for…. This is why Nigerians need to demand for the dissolution of this government and an establishment of an interim government with a mandate of 2 years to implement the urgent economic and political reforms that will save this country.

Everyone witnessed the killings and brutality unleashed by this government on Nigerians over the last protest, it is only foolish and a total waste of time to push again the same demands to a government that doesn’t respect rule of law and its citizens rights…. For any progress to be made this time around, Nigerians must unite and troop out in mass all over the country especially in the southern states to make their voices heard, demand for an interim government through a peaceful protest that will ground this country.

If majority of the igbos and yorubas who are been decimated by this terrible economy decides to sabotage the protest again by their foolish tribal hateful sentiments and the masses turn out is low, then nothing will be achieved once again through this protest as without unity there is no progress….

Igbo had to fight a war, sacrificing 3 million Igbo lives in the process to achieve the same outcome for themselves, same as all of you now seek today.

LandMann:

Your narrative is the exact propaganda SW deploys to gaslight the south east and prevent any strong relationships between the north and south east from growing. But I'll disprove your point one after the other to show how myopic they are.

1. How many votes did Peter Obi, someone from SE, get during the 2023 election outside of the southeast? Are you saying non Igbos who voted for Peter Obi, an Igbo man, also hate NdiIgbo? If there's any hatred for NDIIGBO then it's most likely as a result of the 1966 coup, the civil war and the divisive narrative that certain entrenched interests in Nigeria have been spreading since then. Who are the people spreading this divisive rhetorics? You, fellow Igbos? Yorubas? Hausa/Fulanis? Clearly it's people who stand to gain from the perceived hatred of the Igbos. Who are the people benefitting?

2. Propaganda was used by certain groups to paint Igbos as the villains of the endsars protest. The entrenched political class benefiting from the existing status quo spread propaganda against the Igbos. That narrative does not even resonate with the common man who is non Igbo. If it did then Peter Obi would not get the level of support he got in 2023. I already expatiated on the endsars protest. You can gain more insight by reading it

3 and 4. If there's insecurity in the south east then it's because south east people listen to Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa... and it's because south east politicians do not want the insecurity to end. Do you know what it'll mean if all the south east governors, senators, house of rep members, house of assembly members collectively demand for the release of Nnamdi Kanu? Do you know what it'll mean if the southeast youths carryout a month long protest in the south east to demand for the release of Nnamdi Kanu? This won't happen. The entrenched political leaders in south east don't want Nnamdi Kanu out of prison because they know Nnamdi Kanu will crumble their corrupt empire and usher in a new beginning for south east. This is what is fueling insecurity in south east. It is left for the ordinary people of south east to organise themselves and challenge their leaders to get Nnamdi Kanu out of prison.

5. Well, people have no way of measuring what they cannot see. That is why I posit that Igbos must be SEEN to actively support this protest and IGBOS must immediately deploy every media arsenal to prevent any propaganda to make Igbos look like they're not part of this protest or are happy that other regions are protesting.

Your final paragraphs is disgusting because all it shows is you chestbeating to make it look like it's only IGBOs that knew that Tinubu would be a disaster. Point #1 shows that this mindset is wrong and untrue. It further shows that you lack understanding of what state capture by criminals mean. Nigeria has been captured by criminals and there's very little your intelligence can do to determine who wins elections and gets to be president.

I would normally respond, but you convinced me that I'm right in my assessment of your motive and intent. Have a nice day.

The consciousness of the SE youths needs to change and that is what I'm trying to point out.

Relationships take time to build. You don't wait till election year to start building the relationship you need to win election and that is what the SE people have been doing since 1970 and it cannot work.

Yes, what happened in the past has happened and the past cannot be changed. But the future desired can be achieved from the things done today.

SW people understand this that's why they align with the north in many things, religion inclusive, and always deploy their propaganda machinery to prevent any unity between SE and north

Again, you keep saying that Igbo are foolish to have decided to save their own lives, while the clever Yoruba have always gotten it right. We agree. Igbo do not want to protest. It is not a crime to not protest.

Everybody and their dogs have heard all of you say that Igbo can never govern in Nigeria. Why then do you want them to die in your self inflicted lovers fight?,

Build your relationships, enjoy all the windfall as has been the case before now, and vote for who you must when the time comes.

Igbo are doing just fine on their own.

Those protesting today are doing so because the problems they're protesting against affects EVERY Nigerian.

I understand that government propaganda agents successful played the tribal card to dissuade Igbos in southeast of Nigeria from joining the protest because they know that the southeast has innovative ways to escalate the protest quickly to make sure the demands of the protesters are achieved.

Unfortunately, this strategy will backfire in the long-term, and it's only the politicians in southeast who are benefiting from Nigeria's current arrangement that will benefit from whatever outcome this protest leads to.

A time will come when the southeast will need the support of other regions to actualise their goal. I'm 100% sure that when that time comes, reference will be made to this era and how the southeast youths refused to support the youths of other regions to demand for an end to bad governance in Nigeria.

Consequently, the southeast will be left to perpetually fight alone.

The solution is to use social media to show support for the protests and make such support clear and visible.

If possible, defy the call by the wicked and selfish politicians in the southeast and come out to protest in solidarity with the rest of Nigeria.

Protest in your southeast states peacefully and show it to the world.

Don't listen to your politicians who have been silent while Nnamdi Kanu continues to rot in jail but the same agitator from southwest Sunday Igboho is walking free.

Don't listen to your politicians who have been part and parcel of the existing political structure in Nigeria that impoverishes people and spreads hopelessness.

Join other Nigerian youths to show the world that Igbos also want an endtobadgovernance in Nigeria

Wherever you see posts mocking those protesting today, don't join the poster in mocking the protesters. In fact, condemn the post and the poster openly and make it known that Igbos 100% support this protest and want positive change in Nigeria.

Remember, government propaganda agents may use fake Igbo identity to spread posts mocking those protesting today to make it seem Igbos are happy that others are suffering and complaining.

That is why you must counter the government propaganda agents anywhere you see their posts.

Most of them hide under fake names and identities to spread their propaganda and misinformation.

Don't allow them win. Keep doing your best to counter them. History will always remember you

Now, I'm sure you've heard it said that Igbo has no king. No politician or useless king can tell an Igbo man or woman what to do with his or her life.

It is easy to see that you are both gaslighting and blackmailing Igbo in one breath. But for the benefit of those who may not be educated about the reasons Igbo are physically staying out of this:

1. Most Nigerian nationalities have shown nothing but contempt and hatred for Ndigbo till date. Their numbers populate the military and paramilitary agencies, so it will be foolish for any Igbo man or woman to set themselves up for target practice.

2. The End Sars protest was a Nigerian youth project. Who took the fall?. Igbo.

3. The Nigerian state has turned SE into a deadly battle zone. Igbo youths are already dying in their numbers to the barrels of the guns of the security agents of Nigeria, their supposed country, while their homes and businesses are being torched out of hatred. Do they need to add more bodies to be shot?

4. Ahmed Gumi is a free man. Sunday Igboho sleeps on the same bed with his wife every night. Where is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu?

5. The Igbo are an integral part of the present struggle. They are in the mix. They are organizing, supporting and praying, even though they foresaw and warned you not to allow this disaster to happen in the first place. The only thing they have refused to do is to give you room to scapegoat them again.

Finally, note that no national transformation has succeeded or can succeed in Nigeria without the resourceful Igbo. They fought nearly sixty years ago to free themselves from the cesspool you are now also fed up with. The Igbo owe nobody an apology. That must be the lesson of the present situation.
