Presudent Obasanjo wanted to establish which of his security outfits was the most effective, so he decided to release a rabbit into a forest, and asked the SSS, the army and the police to go in and retrieve it.

The SSS. They went in all suited up, with dark glasses to wit. Spent 3 days and came out with nothing, but reported, "Mr. President, we interviewed every animal, plant and even insects, and established there is no such thing as a rabbit Sir. It is all a hoax to distract government and cause disaffection in the polity, Sir"

Next the Army. They went in and within 6 hours shot everything in site, and then razed down the forest, and reported back, "Mr. President, we have destroyed the rabbit, Sir"

Finally a 3rd rabbit was released to another forest, and the police was sent in. The next day, they came out with a huge hippopotamus, all bruised, with a black eye, swollen lips, 2 limbs broken, and bleeding all over, screaming, " I AM A RABBIT, I SWEAR TO GOD I AM A RABBIT! I TAKE GOD BEG YOU! I BE RABBIT!

Meanwhile the rabbit lives happily ever after!"
