PROCEDURE
1.Seller and Buyer sign Sales & Purchase Agreement with Seller's Full
Banking Coordinates and Buyers (Refinery) full Banking Coordinate. The
electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding
and enforceable.
2.Buyer returns signed contract addressing his MT103/23 to sellers
bank with ATB format and Supercargo details.
3. Sellers Captain issue a marine ATB from vessel deck email and on
his transponder for the refinery to confirm
4.Buyer. Confirm the marine ATB
5.Buyer swift an Irrevocable divisible transferable letter of credit
MT 760 to seller’s bank.
6.Seller verifies the Buyer’s MT760 through his bank upon seller
verification of the buyer’s instrument
7.Seller clears buyer’s supercargo and inspectors to board vessel in
Nigeria waters.
8.Supercargo confirms product and inspectors conduct Q&Q.
9.Upon confirmation of Q&Q, BUYER makes proper re-charter of vessel
and payment via swift for full cargo based on the outcome of the Q&Q
report. Payment shall be made simultaneously to seller’s nominated
account and all brokers/facilitators contained in the contract.
10. Seller changes the whole shipping documents to Buyers name and
handover the entire original documents to Buyer Bank.
11.Vessel sails to buyer’s port of destination.
