I was here in this site today, plastering works are due to commence in this two buildings (main building and BQ) as from Teusday this week. More pictures when we start.

Good to know work is still on

Struggling to get all materials into this site to commence plastering. Hoping to start today as the boys that will do the work are already in the site.

Please i need a rough estimate cost of four bedroom detached duplex (all rooms ensuite) on a 120 x 60 ft land. Location Sangotendo, Ajah. Please help my email address is lanreola1960@yahoo.com

Plastering works starts here tomorrow, all the materials are on site as we are set to start.

We have started plastering this beautiful house, my boys have finished plastering all of the internal walls on the ground floor and the under decking. More pictures loading from this site.

Good day Oga Spyder. Thanks for d good work u are doing on this forum. Could u pls update us on the amount spent on this plastering work as per number of bags of cement, trips of sand and labour. I intend plastering mine soon and I want to have a fair idea how much to set aside.

Hey Spyder,U did said something about building with 1 million and selling afterwards how many rooms will it be?,please shield more light on that, Honestly this topic is helping Nigerians in Diaspora and every other person,,lets this thread teach a good lesson to people that mess up with peoples money and time ,when they are handling some projects.Now everybody wants to hear from you simply because of your Accountability...KUDOS AND MORE STRENGTH FROM GOD THE MOST HIGH!!!

spyder880: Final arrangements for the commencement of plastering works for this duplex is being made as I type this. Work starts from Saturday after a long rest. More pictures when we start.

throwing the under decking could be challenging for many workmen,

...but we have completed all the under deck here, and the work is cool.

Tomorrow, we remove many of the scaffolding wood done last year, we are going to replace some of the bamboo as some are clearly rotted and cannot support the weight of my workmen. We are replacing them tomorrow so external plastering can commence in earnest.

Having successfully repaired out scaffold, we have commenced external plastering of this house. We started with the parapet but we are getting to the walls by today. More pictures later.
