i see a wood covering between the block work and the actual lintel cast, is this the practice or did you do this for a reason.

We make a return to this our project in Ebonyi state to complete some works here, we are going to start the tiles work, we have already bought and moved the tiles to the site in readiness for the start of work.

I have bought and moved the floor and wall tiles for this house into the site.............

I bought the tiles in Enugu, different prices. They are laying them for N300 per sqm for me.

This project in total may not have cost a total of N10m

When we factor in inflation, it might take up to N18 - 20m to build today.

We are starting to build a generator house behind this house, plus a gate to another plot of land near this one.

We plan to move the gate and paints, then commence the painting of this house from today. More pictures later.

If the wall is screeded, I use satin but if not I use emulsion Sir.
