I want to get an hp 630 or hp635 laptop,the difference is that the 630 has an intel dual core while d 635 has an AMD dual core which i dont know what it means...i would like to get ur advice on which to go for cos d hp635 is slightly cheaper than the other but i discovered most laptops has in intel dual core..tanx

I'll advise u go 4 d 1 that has intel dual core processor. It's more rugged and durable. AMD processors produce more heat and not as rugged as intel, though gud in graphics. That's why systems that come with AMD are cheaper. Dnt mind d money, go 4 hp 630 with intel dual core.

You guys always like reporting without facts. Who told u amd processors produce more heat? Am using my 3rd AMD laptop nw and like the previous ones, it hardly produces that much heat for me to notice. iF u want to see heat, try using any of the intel core duo and core 2 duo 1st generation processors.

@op. Just go for the 1 that best suits your needs. They are both solid processor manufacturers but if u really want to know which 1 is beta then u need to tells us the names of the two processors and not giving the generic names ie dual core or quad core.
