nigcomsat1, african's ist satallite is not still functional, i heard that to make the satelite fully in operational it will cost us 44 percent of our budget. so what is the hope of our precious satellite.? are we leaving it to rot. i have waited all the months and no hope but wat i get is NCC vs. Nigcomsat1. |
