Standard wise, you can rate the two countries alongside each other, but if you've asked this question for the purpose of relocation I will suggest SA if you are a christian and Malaysia if you're a muslim. If you are an atheist, my dear Nigeria accomodates all. Mind you, I'm not saying you can't be good in either of them, in as much as you are a law abiding fellow. |
