Please which is better??..i am supposed to pay for a 2008 model honda accord on wednesday,but am currently having double mind after test driving a colleague's benz c240 4matic 2004model yesterday...that car is maaaad...balance wise and movement ..now am confused..

please i need your sincere advice as it is ma first car:

which is better interms of the following:

a)fuel economy and navigation in water as i intend on driving it to work everyday and i stay in ajah area of lagos.
b)availability of parts and mechanics.
c)any other advice yáll can offer a brother pertaining both cars like durability,etc will be appreciated.

Let me ask u this few questions
1. Do u knw Germany cars re experts in technology and innovations than Japaness? E.g 2006 Honda technology is struggling with 2001 C class Benz in everything?
2. Do u knw Germany cars re strongly built? For snows, water etc than Japaness?
3. From your personal confession, when u drove it, what did u feel?
4. Benz 190, regular Benz, V Boot, 911 truck, even Luxurious buses u see around u, if those above car I mentioned were to be Honda, Toyota or Nissan, tell me what is their fates, or how many Honda(s) of same year of the above car is still moving fine like them?
As for me and my family till death, Germany cars ni ooo 4eva, I still much enjoy my C Class 2001, with V6, 6 speed auto gear, balancing, engine, technology, durability etc, and fuel consumption is normal, all u need is to pay more attentions to yr Benz and it wont let u down forever!

Seriously it's an offence 2 compare a japanese car with german,benz 4 that matter stop it cos u're downgradin mercedes

The Mercedes is better than the Honda in drive and comfort.
In maintenance, the Mercedes may be more be expensive and will require a specialist.
It depends on what your pocket can go for in the maintenance.

Get the benz if you have the money for maintenance and asides, the chances that the benz will be stolen if u buy it is minimal.
You may also get the honder, cheaper to maintain and its one of the A list asides camry of stolen vehicles in Nigeria. Robbers love Honda and Toyota pass anything.
So my brother, the choice is yours oo.

plain simple, The Benz is the stronger competitor but definitely costlier to maintain, the Honda is light, fuel efficient and should not have much mechanical failures being a resent model 2008.(this also depends a great deal on driving conditions, habits and maintenance of your vehicle)
