Brand Manager
Purpose statement
Build brand image/equity and grow brand performance via long term consumer preference and loyalty.
Support sales function in driving and growing brand volumes and revenue.
Duties:
• Develop brand building initiative
• Initiate brand specific programs to address prevailing issues
• Drive product research and development, advertising and promotion
• See to the production of POS that will drive brand visibility and sales
• Develop strategies for school adoption program
• Monitor market trends and competition activities
• Identify business opportunities and initiate marketing programs that effectively increase customers satisfaction/loyalty and drive.

Qualifications: The candidate must posses BSE Management science with a minimum of 5 to 8years experience in an FMCG. The candidate must not be more than 35 years.MBA in marketing or business administration is an advantage,
