Who on earth will get these guys out of lagos roads. It is quite pathetic to see these touts again collecting fee from helpless drivers. If the chief executive of the state cannot see to the implementation of a law then who will? Are these touts too powerful to obey the law? Who will help us enforce this law. Come to think of it, they (govt) found it easy to arrest harmless pple who eats while driving. Who wl get this pple off the roads?
