I would suggest that you carry out an honest audit of your activities and that of your business for the past one year. This will open your eyes to some of the things you did right or wrong. It is one thing to know the principles but another thing to apply then right. I run few businesses too and I must tell you that I have not had a better last year.

Also, you need to convince yourself that there is market for your business idea. Having a great idea is not enough. You need to be able to get market for your idea. The essence of business is being able to create and keep customer. If you are unable to do this, you will only be in business for a while. So, carry out a study to know if there is market for your idea. Then, do everything to get the attention of your target audience.
