D.O.S Clothing is a new retail fashion clothing store that caters to both young & adult females between 16-35 in Lagos Nigeria. Our main focus is to provide western wear apparel and accessories. Our store is located at 30 Norman Williams Ikoyi Lagos. Our store is scheduled to open September 2012, and we are currently in search of a Store Manager. Please see details of position below:

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri (8am - 8pm)

Sat (10am - 5pm)

Salaries:

Monthly Salary - Negotiable (NN,NNN.NN)


Duties:

- Operating the tills, including cashing up and completing paper work at the start and end of the day.
- Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of items.
- Completing sales sheets at the end of the day.
- Ensuring that the shop counter is always manned.
- Processing cash and credit card transactions accurately & efficiently.
- Managing the till, taking money from customers and handing out receipts.
- Following policies & procedures relating to cash & stock handling.
- Checking the inventory listing with actual stock daily.
- Keeping merchandise orderly and neat in appearance.
- Handling customers complaints in a professional and diplomatic way.
- Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.
- Setting up promotional displays.
- Organising promotional events.
- Attending training sessions.
- Assisting with postal deliveries to customer addresses.
- Promoting the shop and its products at every opportunity.
- Highlighting special promotions to customers.
- Restocking the sales areas.
- Giving expert advice to customers regarding products.
- Supervise the cleaning of the shop, hovering, polishing etc.
- Fluent with the use of Facebook, twitter, Blogs, etc.
