When airlines lease airport/terminal space, particularly to attend to their "FIRST CLASS" guest, isn't it the airline that beautifies their spot? When did airports start beautifying first class lounges on behalf of airliners?

she post some picture of her house, and the call it "Emirates first class"... LOL, if emirates operates the lounge, isn't it common sense, one of the worlds largest airlines will keep it at least bright?
