Some of us insisted during the "occupy Nigeria" jamboree that Jonathan was right in removing subsidy 100%. That it is better for market forces to determine the prices of petroleum products than for few individuals to hold the nation to ransom. We insisted that chasing after the "cabal" will be a waste of time because you can only succeed in catching only "scapegoats". That the "cabal" is a metaphor for the corporate corruption in Nigeria. That the National Assembly have their own fair share of the members of the cabal, the Judiciary, the law enforcement agents, and (with a great pain in my heart", the NLC and TUC.

Some Nigerians in the likes of Buhari and Bakare insisted that there is nothing like subsidy and many Nigerians followed them. I am not here to give the theories of subsidy, but simple economics will show that if fuel must sell the same price in Port Harcourt and Kano, then it must be subsidised.

NUPENG as a member of the TUC participated effectively in the days of "glory" of occupy Nigeria. They even threatened to shut down oil productions until Asari and his group threatened that it was a welcomed development: that once the oil wells were shutdown, they (Asari and co) will occupy them. That was threat that ended the "occupy Nigeria" because the "oil war" would have taken another dimension in a very short time. All internal colonialists would have lost their oil wells like in a movie. NUPENG would have lost out, Nigeria would have lost out, in fact, Nigeria would have split in January.

Is not a shame that the same NUPENG is calling for another "Occupy Ngieria" because Jonathan has not released all the subsidy cash arrears 2012?

Dear Nigerians, NUPENG did not call for "occupy Nigeria" so that those indicted by the probe be prosecuted, NUPENG is not interested in cleansing of the system. NUPENDG is a beneficiary of the subsidy bounties.

Nigerians thought that these fellows were for the masses, but they are the real traitors. Mr. President and his team has made a shift from what it used to be where claims were not verified and and monies were disbursed. It is not business as usual and the same NUPENG is at the fore front of creating fuel scarcity to twist the arm of government.

NUPENG, you are the real traitors!
