Please is there anything wrong with getting a naija used car as a young guy just finishing nysc? People say they are problematic and you might end up fixing the car with more than what you bought it with. Can't one get an "ok" car for 400k that one can enjoy? Are the naija used cars advertised on nairaland not worth the try? I ask these questions cos I intend to buy a naija used car after December. Your answers and contributions will be highly appreciated.

There is nothing wrong with Niger used car if it is well maintained. I got a reg. civic 4 months ago it is better than my tokunbo 99 camry. I have only bought 2 tyres and battery, never started it twice. Inspect with a professional (not mechanic) and pray for good luck. There are many bad stories even from pre order cars with supposed clean titles. Get a car guru to inspect for u. U will get a good car with little or nothing to fix.
