u may have to go to an Airtel office with photocopy of ur ID card and u will be asked to write down 5 nos u frequently call on the line, when n how much was d last airtime u loaded n N150 for d sim replacement.
Went to retrieve mine on wed n was called yesterday morning dat its been activated.

Long process. Just buy a new sim pack call costumer care then give them the needed information. If 141 isnt going . Goto airtel sim service in your phone menu and then clink on my airtel acc. Then clink on customer service to call their help desk.
