The company is looking for talented individuals that has the business pedigree whom are looking to grow with a new design company which deals with designing of interiors for homes and offices. The company is an interior design company, we design using 3d cad to design the rooms such as Kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, office spaces and then present this to the clients which we then secure a contract to do the fitting and supplies of all the materials.
The office will be base in Lagos at a very well know family business firm which is on the new railway express area that is been built.
We are looking for some strong sales Executives whom are talented and are willing to always look for new business opportunities in the building and construction businesses in Lagos.

Role and Responsibilities


Reporting to the Director on a weekly and monthly meeting for update of business.
Helping to negotiate contracts for interior designing and supplying of materials contracts for both residence and offices projects.
Targets set by the team leader to generate new business from developers and contractors.
Based on targets set by the CEO and director (must achieve targets as close as possible).
Knowledge about our services and products.
Opportunity of growing with the company and within 4 years the company is looking to open at list 10 branches around Nigeria.
Running all business opportunities to the director and closing the deal with the contractors.
Meeting targets each month the will be a certain percentage of commission unto the basic pay once meet each month and at the end of the year if the business makes over what we've projected for the end of the financial year an additional package pay will be rewarded.
Good presentation skills.
Follow ups on contractors and developers in closing deals.

Finding new business opportunities, making leads with developers in getting interior design contracts.
Work on Monthly targets and to achieve targets.
Self motivated professional and business smart and well presentable.
Knowledge about our services and products
Salary discussed on the day of interview.(5percent of what the contract is and add unto your monthly basic pay on each contract secured potential earning of N600K TO N1.5m or more per annual)
Good time keeping and well organised.
Good presentation skills.
Involved from start of the contract to the end of the project.

Education
Educated to high school level or university level.
