To check your video RAM: On your desktop, rightclick, then click on screen resolution, then click on advanced. The 'dedicated video memory' is your video RAM.

Wkid fm 2013 doesn't work anywhere why

I can't really say. All d pirated copies have issues. The original copy has issues also. Those that got the original copy through 'Steam' are also complaining. Even popular game hacking group 'SKIDROW' have given up on it.
Its the fault of the developers. I don't think their QA department tested the game well before release.
I'm sure they didn't postpone the release date for fear of FIFA MANAGER 13 outselling them.
But they are still working on it.

For those Football Manager 13 fans. Try FIFA MANAGER 13, U'll enjoy it. The 3D view is astonishing (Just like FIFA 13 graphics). You even have a private life where you can date, marry, give birth, buy cars, shares & other properties. All teams are fully licensed(None of that North London, London Fc....... crap). It has more leagues than Football Manager 13. It would also for u FM 13 fan boys to try out something new, different & more challenging.

Then it would definitly play all on maximum settings. But it would lag a bit when playing Max Payne 3 on maximum settings.
