Please i like to know if a car can be stolen with the steering locked ? I don't forget locking my steering wheel anywhere i go because i don't have a tracker, So am wondering is those crooks can still find their way around a locked steering. |

Yes, a car can be stolen, even with the steering lock engaged. It will take longer, but it can still be taken. |

Siena: Baba Siena thanks, But am still wondering whenever i lock the steering i cant unlock it without the key. So will a wire-start release the steering lock. Damn i was thinking the car is totally safe with a steering lock. |

Damn i was thinking the car is totally safe with a steering lock. The steering lock makes a vehicle harder to steal, and is a turn-off for the casual, opportunist thief. A determined thief however, is a different matter. |
