Nightingale: Dat sunday gal,all she know na 2 dey dribble n shoot. No teamwork at all. We can't keep possession like b4 cos we are always in a haste to score.i just dey vex for dat esther sunday,i wonder y d coaches stil leave on d pitch. If U-20 Nigerians girl’s soccer team participating in FIFA 2012 tournament in Japan is dumb, then Nigeria is dumber. Seriously speaking, the girls have marvelous set of skills but lacked required intellect to manage the round object. If these girls are loaned to countries such as Germany, Sweden, USA or Japan, they will be turned into world bitters in a month. The problem rests with Nigeria which is filled to the brink with deadwoods, imbecilic praise singers, mediocrities and senseless embezzlers. I can bet these girls have never watched video of their previous matches during training session to allow for both self and coach’s criticisms. They do not look like a team that had a strategic and technical session before a match. These kids do not need a coach, they a technical teacher and serious financial and moral support from Nigeria. |

For your info, Dunn and Hayes of the USA are veterans of this competition and this is their 2nd consecutive U-20 tournament. Even Sidney Leroux of the US Women National team and Christiane Sinclair of Canada played in 3 Consecutive U-20 World Cups. Just making you realise it's possible since the competition is every 2years. I'm not saying our players were not overage though. |
