Okay so we have several Hon. Ministers with diverse portfolios who are heading Ministeries which ought to be working for the good of Nigerian People...however, is any of them truely effective? Or are we long overdue for a major Cabinet Shake Up? |

There are some of them that seem to be are doing their jobs: Agriculture, Transportation, Aviation, Trade and Industry, Finance, Foreign, Education(to some extent), Power(former)...d others? well you judge |
