I go to banks and i see people make mistakes day in day out so i felt i should write this . What to do in a bank, though all banks are not the same ,but this will be a guide to you ,so that all unnecessary inconveniences you and the staff encounter will be minimized. When you get to a bank, avail yourself to the security men and follow their instructions. Bring out all metals in your pocket your phone inclusive which is switched off,if the bank has a box drop your items and collect the key after locking it .go through the door .in the banking hall look for a customer care Person or a security man and ask for slips (deposit or withdrawal),If you are making deposit confirm the account no very important. get the slip and fill the amount , arrange the money by their denomination and total it supply date, account name,account number, depositor's name ,amount in words . Ask for where you can do your transaction either deposit or withdrawal, if there is a queue don't jump queue be in queue , make sure you are in the right queue find out by asking the person attending to them.make sure you register your teller , ask the person attending to you . When you ve finished depositing, drop the control copy in a box while you go with the customers copy. And make sure you conduct yourself orderly.
