The land must have a C-of-O, but you must also be able to convince the bank that you can pay back in the expected time. Having a collateral is not an automatic guarantee that you'll get the loan. |

Yes, banks dont really have to time to be looking for who to sell your land to, in the event that you default which is often the case. So you must convince them that there's a 150% chance you can pay back before they'll grant you the loan. |
