There's probably an element of light/friendly teasing in this bow, since Obama had come under criticism for bowing to foreign royalty (even though George Bush did the same thing). Or maybe Clinton feels guilty about his comments from years ago when he suggested Obama would have been carrying his bags years earlier. Otherwise it doesn't really make sense for an older former president to bow to greet a younger current president.

It was last night when Clinton gave a rousing speech at the DNC. Obama was not scheduled to be there (till Thursday night) and gave a suprise entrance.Clinton really gave a great speech for even me that is not a total Democratic Party supporter.
It was all the excitment and the bowing is simply a reflection of that moment and defering to the President of the USA-not the man Barack Obama ( not taking anything from Obama though).
And its not photoshopped-I saw it live and Im sure some stations in Nigeria would have shown it.

Its so funny how we take things out of context and blow trivial matters out of proportion.Clinton never bowed to the man Obama,he bowed to the office he occupies,and even if he bows to Obama,is anything wrong about that?I watched the convention,and also saw Obama bow twice bfore reaching where Clinton was,so i dnt really see the big deal.Anyway it takes exposed,intelligent and pple of good upbringing to behave that way.You dont expect Ibb,obj or buhari to do that to GEJ because of how even the presidency has rediculed itself and bcom a sit of corruption and deceit.Respect is reciprocal and honor is not fitting for a fool.Imagine d presidency lying to Nigerians about the true state of the health of its president until he came back as a corps,and just few months after that incident,we have another president lying to Nigerians again about his wife's health,and you think such office deserves respect,honour or bow?It deserves drones and rocket grenades instead.Rubbish
