Anyway i was one of those interviewed, we were told that we'll get a definite response dis week. However just 2 people are needed for each department as just 8 people minimum are needed.

The mentor however mentioned that those of us called were chosen out of a thousand two hundred applications. That those that didnt make it for the interview were stored in their database for subsequent recruitment as they want to be recruiting yearly seeing as the bank is on a 5 year growth plan. Pls refer to the other thread for subsequent issues. I hope i have adequately answered your question.
