I am looking to develop an eCommerce site...sometime like ebay, but not auction based and not within ebay-like business model.....but user driven like ebay, listings profiles but not sales or auction related, robust fulfillment delivery system...linkage to payment systems, dispute resolution, online chat helpdesk, etc.

I am in search of a very hard working web-designer, who have do something similar or close to give me the confidence that he or she can deliver.

This is a self-financed project and definitely not charitable....
