I recently got offers from these two firms and Im trying to make a decision as per which firm will give the greatest advantage in terms of career growth speed, experience, work/life balance etc. Thanks as you contribute. By the way my background is in engineering but I desire a business career. |

Both are the top Professional Accounting firms in Nigeria........and in terms of exposure and quality of work, i think they are at par........ .....BUT as regards to employee satisfaction, based on my interactions with people that work there, i will advise you go for PWC. |

Both are ok, but I'd take PwC over KPMG |

If you are in accounting: KPMG Consulting: PwC Depends on your roles within the company. |

A former staff of PWC who incidentally has a brother in KPMG told me that many staffs of KPMG cross over to PWC to further their careers. I'm also aware that PWC pays slightly higher than KPMG. Both are great accounting firms anyway. Any choice won't be bad |

@jstringz i followed ur post on the gtb thread. i just want to ask if u got ANY msg after ur 2nd interview. i want to know cos though i had a litl issue during documentation day and was asked to come back the next few days to submit one document i didnt bring initially, im still expecting any msg from them. some or all others have been contacted for 1st interview. Just want to know if gtb gets back to people in ANY case. THANKS. |
