Does that mean federal government cannot properly evaluate the characters of the so called nominees before publishing their names for honour award.
If not for criticisms mr president would have gone ahead to honour thieves. Truly,this act of incompetence on part of President Goodluck Jonathan has made me to lost confidence in his government completely.
