Our client would consider entering into a long term lease, the principles of the envisaged lease would be;
• Duration: 15 + 15 years, with rental review window every 4 year
• Rental structure: monthly rental calculated based on a fixed guaranteed amount plus a variable % of the hotel’s total monthly turnover, paid one month in arrears
