It doesn't look befitting of that space. What that space deserves is a highrise since the former ICC was covertly demolished. Government should have allocated the land to private developers of 20 floors residential, hospitality and office complex.

What Okorocha did before was Okay but I still felt it wasn't befitting of that place hence it would be removed in future for befitting skyscrapers.
