Indeed very poor construction. Comparable to that built during the first months of okorocha. The center dividers as can be seen from the picture was poorly laid with hand trowel. Very disappointing.

Congratulations to Hope Uzodinma.
Uzodinma needs to restore Orlu, long abandoned. He can dualize the road to Omuma his hometown from Orlu via Okporo to join both areas as one large city.
Imo needs a second city hub.
Orlu is more metropolitan a city than Owerri if the urban roads joining the many suburbs in Orlu are paved and drained like in Owerri area, if a public water supply system exists.
If Okorocha had built one or two other roads to connect Ogboko with Orlu, Ogboko would have merged into Orlu as one big urban town. Opportunity lost. That only Akokwa-Orlu road which collapses frequently is all that is left to connect Orlu and Ideato.
