TTO procedure below: Quantity .. 2M to 4M barrel per month X 12 with rolls and extension. Gross Discount: $10/7



OPERATION PROCEDURE TTO
1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal Contract and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.
2. Buyer provides Seller with Buyer’s ATB Format, which includes Buyer’s nominated Inspection Agency’s contact information and the Supercargo’s passport data, along with Tugboat/Helicopter details, if any.
3. Seller issues Authority to Board (ATB) to Buyer’s Supercargo and Inspection Agency; Supercargo boards vessel in Nigerian waters and verifies availability of the cargo.
4. Immediately upon Supercargo’s verification of the cargo, Buyer’s bank places a Letter of Credit(L/C) to Seller’s bank in favor of Seller for the full value of the cargo.
5. Upon Seller’s confirmation of Buyer’s L/C, Seller settles the Security and Clearance fees and Logistics in order for the vessel to exit Nigerian waters.
6. Buyer’s Supercargo remains on board while Vessel sails to pre-agreed point in international waters offshore Cotonou or Ghana, outside territorial jurisdiction; Buyer’s nominated Inspector boards vessel in international waters and conducts Quantity and Quality (Q&Q) inspection. Copies of the Q&Q Report are issued to Buyer and Seller simultaneously.
7. Immediately upon Buyer’s and Seller’s receipt of an affirmative Q&Q Report, Seller introduces Buyer to vessel Owner/Handlers and issues Commercial Invoice based on Inspector’s Q&Q Report; Buyer places full, one-way voyage charter on vessel; all cargo documents are re-issued in Buyer’s name and submitted to the Buyer’s bank to effect payment.

8. Upon Buyer’s bank’s receipt of the Cargo Documents and appropriate copies in Buyer’s name and Buyer has effected re-charter of the vessel in Buyer’s name, Buyer releases funds for final payment in US dollars via SWIFT transfer to Seller’s nominated bank account and, simultaneously and in the same manner, Buyer pays all commissions to the intermediaries’ nominated bank accounts in accordance with the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA).
9. Vessel sails to Buyer’s Port of Destination.

Will the seller use his blood to give ATB? Okeymadu, ATB cost money and we are talkin about $10k. So the instrument has to come first. But if your buyer is a very serious buyer. I will give him a beta offer as per proceedure. My email is ochizuka2010@gmail.com or 08180161199

No seller in Nigeria will listen to that procedure. Sellers are done with spending money for buyers to always backout.so for any serious buyer's mandate that feels that his end buyer has the capabilty to buy, should forward this procedure as spelt below to their buyer.
This way both parties does not get to loose money or regrets.

Procedure:

Price commision is 10/7

1. Buyer and seller agents sign and seal spa and copies sent to parties bank.

2. Buyer furnishes seller with communication from his bank addressed to the buyer as per the cost of issuing MT799 (proof of fund).

3. In not more than three working days seller through his agent Escrows the cash equivilent to the buyer as indemnity in the event that should the seller fail to supply him with the contractual quantity as agreed on the spa, the bank will release the fund to the buyer to cover as cost used in issuing the MT799.

4. In not more than three working days buyer's bank issues an MT799 to the seller's bank in favour of the seller via SWIFT and a copy sent to the seller by email.

5. Upon the reciept and confirmation of the aforementioned, ship's captain, on instruction of seller issues an Autority To Board (ATB) to buyer's inspector and supercarco and copy sent to buyer to enable them carry out quality and quantity analysis/inspection on, Nigerian/Ghana/Cotonou international waters.

6. After a successful inspection, in not more than three days, buyer issues an irrevocable comfirmed operative letter of credit (MT103) to cover for the cost of cargo and commision to the seller and a pay order sent to individual bank account officers of facilitators and agents advising them of his readiness to remit their commissiom to them upon the successful completion of the trasaction.

7. Seller provides information about tanker handler to buyer to facilitate the conclusion of charter agreement with the buyer.

8. Buyer places full charter on the vessel, and seller hands over all cargo documents over to the buyer's bank.

9. Buyer's vessel is granted clearance to depart from point of anchor immidiately after payment by wire to all nominated accounts.
