Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda addresses the 67th UN General Assembly on September 25, 2012 in New York City. Even the Rwandan President had more audience. I feel sorry for GEJ, in addition to being disgraced by his countrymen who insult him daily, he has to deal with his wife's illness. May God/Allah give him the strength to deal with all the pressure. Having said that, I think by 2015 we would have had more than enough of his Presidency. He is not cut out for the job at all. SMH 7 Likes

Whom God has blessed, no man can curse. Why do people embrase 'phrase of lies'? Why didn't the photographer showed the entire hall? "Pray for the good of Jerusalem, those who love her shall prosper" Nigeria is our Jerusalem. GEJ is the king therein. God ordained him to be there, do not despise him If you think it's so easy, why are you his 'haters' not the president?? huuuuhhhh, if many of you is offered a job as a cleaner in his office, you will quickly jump at it oooooooooo Don't be hypocritical, don't support hypocrisy |

In the UN hall, all seats are allocated to countries in alphabetical order. You dont just sit anywhere you like. If a side show many empty seats as in GEJ's picture, it can be taken as true representative sample of the the whole hall 1 Like |

Its d UN summit anyways so no place for them n dey seek solace in shopping n flirting around leaving d president to do his work. BTW who cares weather d hall í§ empty, filled or scanty? This is really sad to see. Irrespective of how stupid a father I have, I expect him to be respected wherever he goes. Those empty chairs are an insult to our collective consciousness as a people and anyone who finds it funny should bow his/hr head in shame |

Naijagunner83: Amazing the lengths people will go to disparage GEJ. First this picture was taken from a ridiculous angle showing only front rows. Whichever clown uploaded this story should have shown other perspectives of the picture to prove that the hall was empty. Haters, Get a life!!!!!!!!Can u do us a favour and upload the aerial pix of the hall... Or shut the Bleep up |

The People that are complaining about the empty seats obviously do not understand how the UN works. As somebody pointed out earlier, very few world leaders get a large audience while addressing the UN. Most get a sparse audience just as GEJ did. If you don't believe me, take a look at the pictures below from the same UN general assembly attended by GEJ. As you can see, the halls are just as empty as in GEJ's case. The pictures are, in chronological order: 1. Jacob Zuma of South Africa 2. Mohamed Yousef El-Magariaf of Libya 3. Bakir Izetbegovic of Bosnia and Herzegovina 4. Elio Di Rupo, Prime Minister of Belgium

You think God likes the poor people to continue to suffer, you think God liked the fact that poor innocent people are expreinceing untold hardship because of the policies of your annoited one.... abeg go rest wash your eyes clean and see, We want a fearless leader a man who knows what he is doing not someone that says something today and does another tommorow, How many world leaders always cry and complain.... like this man? 2 Likes |

National Governance for dummies. Abbott. Farafina Publisher. Work in Progress. KISS Series: The Art of Governance. @ Post: whether the angle of the picture is complete or not, the truth is that most Nigerians dont respect GEJ. No other country of the world, their government/people respect him or take him serious either. However, I emphatise with him. He should keep the shards of honour remaining and keep his manhood from indignities. Indignities of unwantedness and disrepect @ least for his children. This is not the best time to be the child of a president if your father's name is Goodluck Jonathan. I feel He should resign, take his family and go off to a part of the world and forget about Nigeria or Sit it out till 2015 and bow out gracefully. I wish him all the best. He is not meant to be in Aso Rock. No disrepect. |
